All the new Features of BMW Motorcycles

BMW already has its new bikes ready for 2015 that are mainly focused on aesthetic aspects but there are also interesting improvements in some models.

The most striking novelty is the launch of a special edition of the K 1300 S, called Motorsport, a very familiar livery with an obvious sporty touch.

BMW has sought to enhance the sporty appearance of its K 1300 S by incorporating a beautiful Akrapovic exhaust as well as HP wheels and footrests (for driver and passenger). In addition, aesthetic elements have been incorporated, such as the darkened screen and engine, and the BMW M colors. The previous decorations disappear from the catalog.

BMW R1200GS

New colors arrive for the German maxitrail and technical improvements to achieve greater softness. The keyless start systems (Keyless Ride System) and gear change without clutch actuation (Shift Assistant Pro) have also been improved. The Adventure version will offer the possibility of lowering the suspension (3 centimeters) and the seat height.

With these tweaks the R1200GS is further refined to enhance its long-range touring qualities to try to meet the aspirations of the most demanding.

BMW F800GS / Adventure

New colors arrive for the middle trail, highlighting the racing red. The 2014 white is kept in the catalog and the blue and "kalamata" disappear. The bmw f800gs led headlight fits well. The new colors for the adventurous version are white and Kalamata, while the red and sand versions disappear.

BMW F700GS

The new colors that can be chosen for the F 700 GS are white, metallic black with red chassis and metallic blue. Metallic red, gray and metallic white disappear.

BMW F800GT

A new metallic blue color is available for the F 800 GT, which will also be available in black and white. Orange is the one that disappears from the catalog.

BMW R1200RT

The main novelty is the option of not having to use a key to start it, to open the gas cap, to lock the steering and to access the glove boxes. BMW K1600GT and K1600 GTL

The traction control system (Dynamic Traction Control DTC) is incorporated in 2015 as standard, while the new options are the keyless start, the daytime running lights and the hill start assistant. New colors are Metallic Black, Silver and White (GT only), replacing the no longer available Graphite Black, Metallic Red and Metallic Blue (GT).
